Soooo much to love about this gorgeous day!
Emily got ready for the day at her parents' house, meaning this was her childhood room. I told her just to sit on the bed and look at her dress while I took a few shots.
I think this is when the reality of her wedding day really sunk in and she started to get emotional. Sorry, Em, didn't mean to make you cry! But oh my word. How sweet.
I may have told Emily 10 times that day how incredible she looked in that dress. And also maybe asked her if she'd be my personal trainer. Because SERIOUSLY!!
Bride and groom portraits up first!
You guys are stunning AND adorable.
One of my faves!
Next up, bridal party! It was possibly 1 million degrees outside on this day, props to this group for hanging in there.
I LOVE this this shot of these gorgeous girls!!
Guys vs.girls height difference. Just makes me laugh :)
Time to get married!!
Such a beautiful ceremony.
Heading to the reception. In love with this shot!
The reception was in Emily's parents' backyard under a big white tent. It had such a pretty garden feel.
Right in the middle of the reception it started POURING. Like, really pouring. Thankfully we were under the tent! Also thankfully, it slowed up some, and umbrella pics are my jam anyway.
Brandon and Emily, you two are SO perfect together, and I had such an amazing time capturing your day!
Describe your wedding in 5 words: Best day of my life
Funniest Wedding Memory: Getting the upper hand during cake-cutting and smashing cake up Brandon's nose.
Emotional Memory: When Brandon and I read letters to each other during our first look. It was a really special time for us to reminisce and reflect on our relationship and our journey leading up to our big day.
Advice for future Brides and Grooms: Take it all in. Laugh, cry, and celebrate with each other and your guests. But, most of all, focus on each other because the day is all about YOU and your love story. (And dance until you can't dance anymore.)
